Yes! Masqa is all about sharing the special feeling. All you need to do is enter the address you’d like to order at. You can also add a personalised note at checkout to add a little extra love to your order.

You can get all Masqa products exclusively on our website. Currently, we don’t sell with other retail outlets or accept orders via phone.

What details do I need to provide while ordering a gift?
The recipient's address and phone number are mandatory information for placing an order. This is required so that our delivery partners can coordinate with the recipient and deliver your gift without hassle & mistakes. We suggest you also provide the recipient's email address so that if they are not available on phone, we can coordinate with them over email for seamless delivery of your gift.
In addition, you are required to sign up once on our website with your email ID and phone number. We suggest that for frictionless communication, you keep this information updated on our website.
Order Tracking and Delivery
What delivery options do you provide?
All Masqa products are hand-delivered with lots of love and care. Due to the nature of hand delivery, we are only available at a select few locations.
We apologise if we don’t deliver to your location as of now. We are working very hard to ensure that we can provide the best shopping experience to all our clients.
How long does it take to deliver products?
You can check exact delivery times at each & every product page before placing the order.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
What do I do if my order shows as delivered but the recipient has not received the gift?
Such instances are usually very rare. Most of the time they occur if the delivery personnel has handed the order to the person who was available to collect it. It would usually either be the concierge, reception or the security guard of your building. So please check with them. In case you are still not able to locate your item, please call our customer care at +91-(22) 4343-3322 Monday to Sunday between 9 am to 7 pm and we will help you with the issue.
Replacement, Return and Refunds
Can I return an item?
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
Will I get a refund on a returned item?
To return any items that are damaged or expired or not as per your original order, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery challan. Please contact customer service by email through the contact us link on the website. Mention the return of products along with the order number , and the date of delivery.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorisation number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
Payment
Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
No, at this point, we do not support COD payment option.

Masqa provides a wide variety of payment options ranging from cards to wallets. Below is a complete list of payment options that you can use at Masqa:
Credit cards: We accept all credit cards including Visa, Master, Maestro & American Express. We also accept all domestic & international credit cards
Debit cards: We accept all debit cards including Visa, Master & Maestro. We also accept all domestic & international debit cards
Internet banking: We accept net banking payments for all domestic accounts. We do not have net banking facility for international accounts
Wallets: We are continuously adding more & more wallets as payment options to help our customers. We accept payments through all major wallets including PayTM, Mobikwik etc

Can I apply the discount code after paying?
No, you cannot apply the discount code after paying. The discount coupon code or the gift voucher needs to be applied at the time of checkout in the ‘Order Summary' section. Once the payment is made, the discount code cannot be applied against the same order.
What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?
In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please call our customer care at +91-(22) 4343-3322. We will help you with the order. We will either refund your money or create an order for you, whichever you prefer. In case you are not able to call us, please write to us at care@masqa.com.
Are my transactions & banking details secure on Masqa?
Our complete website is secured by SSL encryption. The green bar that appears in your browser address bar shows ‘https' which highlights a secure connection rather than a normal ‘http' connection. All your data and transaction related details are accepted through the SSL protocol ensuring a high level of security. We suggest that you avoid sharing details of your Masqa account or your card details with anyone.
